Dental Treatment Payments
You will be given all information regarding payment prior to your dental treatment. Please pay your bill at the time of dental treatment. You will find our fees for dental procedures comparable and customary to the Torrington area.
Regardless of whether you are insured or not, Dr. Smith's dental team will work with you to make the dental treatment fit you financial situation. Please talk to our office manager prior to your treatment if special arrangements are needed. Payment solutions are available to help suit your financial needs.
As a courtesy, we will provide all insurance forms for you to submit to your dental insurance company. Dr. Smith's office staff is happy to assist you in filing claims to your provider for reimbursement, but please remember you are personally responsible for your account.
Patients can pay with cash, check, credit cards (Visa, and Master Card). Payment plans for dental treatment can be arranged with Care Credit.
